A-Team Mentoring works alongside counselors, social workers, principals, and program directors as a community-based support for the teens you serve. Our trauma-informed mentoring complements — never replaces — clinical and academic services.

Our Referral Process

1. You refer — send us a student’s family through our contact form, or hand the parent our information directly.
2. The parent hears from us — we reach out for a free 20-minute intake call and explain exactly what mentoring involves, what it costs, and how it starts.
3. Communication flows back — with the family’s permission, we keep you informed on engagement so your support plan and ours stay aligned.

For Agencies & Funders

We are building a practice that is warm enough for families and structured enough for public-sector partners.

• Trauma-informed, strengths-based practice — a consistent, clearly described mentoring approach across every engagement.
• Background-checked — TBI fingerprint background check.
• Outcome tracking — we track engagement, confidence, goal completion, and caregiver-reported change, with our first impact report on the way.
• Capacity for agency-referred youth — we accept a limited number of agency-referred teens each quarter; contact us for current availability and engagement terms.
